Mind Your Own Mortgage a Review

I began reading Mind Your Own Mortgage last year while my wife and I were in the midst of a furious house-hunting mission. It seemed like a good idea to gain a more robust understanding of all that was entailed in procuring and maintaining a mortgage loan, especially in light of the economic climate in which we found ourselves.

What I found in opening Robert Bernabé’s book was a very readable guide to understanding how to shop for a mortgage (much more complex than one might imagine) along with how to manage and eliminate the mortgage you shop so hard to find. For the reasonably well informed individual it is unlikely that the book will contain many, if any, earth-shattering revelations about the world of mortgages; however, the book does provide people with a user-friendly tool for exploring what can be, for many, uncharted territory.

Note: I received a complimentary copy of this book through the Booksneeze program for the purpose of reviewing.
